About Coach Casey
Casey Beck is the founder/lead trainer at Tealfitpro and has always loved fitness and movement, growing up as a dancer and track athlete (hurdles, sprints). This love for mobility led her to achieve her Honours Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation as well as a Diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion.
After graduating her bachelors she worked as a movement instructor/IT for autistic populations in private schools for 4 years before branching into general populated fitness training.
Casey also has experience working with pregnant, post OP/injury and elderly populations through her Therapeutic Recreation background.
Casey is a CSEP & Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Zumba Gold

What do I bring?
Water Bottle
Close toed shoes - You will be using weights
Proper Workout Attire
Please come to your first session 5 minutes early to sign waivers if it is your first session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be charged 100% if cancelled the day of the session, all sessions are confirmed the night before. Please try to give 24h notice when cancelling.
Cancellation fees will waved due to Covid-19, emergencies or inclimate weather
